29th Annual General Meeting

Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize and Sesame Seeeds Merchant Association (MPBMSMA) held 29th Annual General Meeting on 2023 December, 17 at 5:30 p.m in Novotel Yangon Max Hotel’s the Eureka conference hall and with special guests and meat in attendance.

At the meeting, association chairman U Tun Lwin gave a welcome speech and secretary U Min Ko Oo read and presented the report on the “Activities of the Executive Committee during the fiscal year 2022-2023”.

Then, the treasurer, U Thein Win, read and presented the “2022-2023 financial statement” and obtained the approval of the association’s members. Daw Tin Tin Khaing, managing director of the audit team, read and presented the “audit report”. The master of ceremonies announced the notice of appointment Thandar Sin Co., Ltd as the association’s external auditor.

After that, the chairman, U Tun Lwin, gave a closing speech and served a dinner, and the meeting was successfully completed.

The special guests who attended the meeting were agriculture, Ministry of Livestock and Irrigation Union Minister (Retired) U Tin Htut Oo and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce (Retired) U Aung Soe gave their advice for the long-term development of the association.

Myanmar pulses, Maize and Sesame Traders Association was established in 1992 and currently has 1,863 members.
